Install Plugins

Installing plugins in WordPress allows you to add new features and functionality to your site. Follow these steps to install plugins:

Install Plugins from the WordPress Repository

  • Navigate to Plugins: Go to your WordPress admin dashboard and navigate to Plugins > Add New.
  • Search for Plugins: Use the search bar to find the plugin you want to install.
  • Install Plugin: Click the "Install Now" button next to the plugin.

  • Activate Plugin: After installation, click the "Activate" button to activate the plugin.

  • View Installed Plugins: Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins to view all installed plugins.
  • Deactivate Plugins: Click the "Deactivate" link under a plugin to deactivate it.
  • Delete Plugins: Click the "Delete" link under a deactivated plugin to delete it from your site.
